New coach recruitment process
Coaches interview
Candidates will be invited to interview in person or phone interview with the OGA team. Successful canditates will be directed to proceed to step 2 of the recruitment process.
Background check
If you are not a Hamilton County Department of Education employee you need to complete a background checks. If you are already a HCDE employee you do not need to complete a background check.
completion
You will need to download and fill in the 5 forms below. Once you have completed all your documentation please return them to Julian at mario@chattanoogafcfdn.org

Heads Up Concussion Training.

Online Child Protection Training (only for non-HCDE teachers/coaches). OGA will send you a link from Abuse Prevention training portal, once 1-6 is complete.
Coaches Zone
All coaches are eligible to access Coaches Zone which is a dedicated website with over 700 coaching activities and resources. You will need to register via the button below, to get the access code please email mario@chattanoogafcfdn.org.
