As Operation Get Active Site Supervisor you will work directly under the supervision of the OGA Coaching Director and Coaching & Events Coordinator. Overall responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment, training and scheduling of coaches. Responsible for supervision of soccer sessions at assigned elementary schools. You will be required to regularly visit elementary schools across Chattanooga where Operation Get Active operates.

Description of duties:
Assist in the recruitment and training of new OGA coaches.
Assist with the training and support of existing OGA coaches.
Oversee coaching sessions at assigned elementary schools and other OGA sites.
Monitor, give feedback, and support to coaches at their sites.
Occasional coaching duties.
Public speaking, communication with assigned elementary schools and other OGA site staff members.
Ensuring OGA coaches are planning and delivering the best quality sessions.
Overseeing the updating and maintaining of data, attendance, and questionnaires.
Assist with coaches meetings.
Assist in the organization and delivery of mid-season and end of season tournament.
Continue building partnerships and relationships with schools.
Assist with social media content and updates.
Qualifications & experience:
Soccer coaching experience or other sports experience.
Previous coaching experience with similar youth focused programs
Hold a current soccer coaching qualification helpful, not required
Competent in excel, microsoft word, basic social media skills
Comfortable in public speaking
Spanish speaker helpful, not required
